You’re confusing cause and effect. You mean to say “being witty doesn’t make you a smartass”. There’s a big difference, smartass.

Weird :D

Lol theres a subliminal message in a coke bottle look at the syringe

haha no you’re not crazy:P

Am I crazy or do I see the reflection of a big syringe in the bottle?

blah blah blah… haha i just kidding, but you’re right… sorry for my bad english… but i’m not right?

YOU’RE right… but someone invaded my account so i think i’m gonna close this one…

Congratulations! You actually made me laugh!!!

all them settings? your obviously intelligent.

why you just didnt dowload a bubble brush?

how are you supposed to remember all them settings for the layer? =/

youre dumb! stop copying videos at voyspace

In reply to webbly; it’s simpler than that, since the layer does all the work for you once it’s made, all you have to do is draw grey-ish droplets in whatever shape you wish for with the brush or pen tool – you don’t have to copy and paste the one you’ve already made.
Also it looks far more natural if each droplet is unique to some extent ^^
