You can do this in the $80 photoshop elements. I’m sure earlier versions of cs have this. For $700 it better have it ha ha

Wrong, you can do all of this in the exact same way in CS3, which is what I have. Not sure about earlier versions but I’d guess CS2 has the liquify feature too.
