Take an evening course.
best thing to do is to just buy yourself a nice little digital camera. Doesn’t have to be anytning expensive. Then just start taking photos, and build up the interest. Once you get better at photo’s and know the "types" of camera’s etc. do a bit of research and buy a better one. Try googling photogrpahy clubs. there’s tons of online ones to give you tricks and tips. Good luck

If you are interested ,you could buy a book on photography and in it you will have as many tips as you want,
Test out different angel-shots. Use different models. Different focuses, etc. See what style you like. Take a photography course. Read books. Observe other photographers’ work. Experiment.
Taking it to the next level:
Advertise by doing free "test" shots of people you know. Friends, family, kids, etc.
Then connect/network with people. If someone you know knows someone that knows someone who is in the spotlight a lot, shoot them.
With a camera, of course lol
Then spread the word. If you know people who want/need pictures for school, take their pictures and have them spread the word around. Prom pictures. Wedding pictures. Then enter your photos into contests. And if you’re really up for it, submit them to magazines, businesses, etc.
Whatever you do, don’t be afraid to use photoshop to enhance your pictures: color, body, lighting, remove blemishes, etc. Presentation is key!

That’s really good thinking. Well I believe if you have the passion, you can reach stars. Good sense of photography has to be inborn. You can master the art of photography by reading books, several online aricles, watch the tutorial videos available on net. You need to learn everything that contributes to make a perfect picture like a good digital camera,background on which a photo is shot etc..
Canon has a great online learning center. Although it’s about their cameras, most of it can be applied to any camera. Check it out!

follow the instructions and take as many pic as u can this will allow u to explore your camera and come to know which way is best o take pic
