Depending on what do you need the jpg for is the compression you should use. The higher the compression, the lighter your file be, but the worse your quality will get. Small block-like unwanted blotches will start to appear (called "artifacts"). If you do not rely on small filesize, choose 0 compresssion. Make your own tests to find the value that best suits your needs.
Commenting to what the guy above me answered (his response is erroneous), if your image is going to be viewed online, select 72 dpi’s when you export it. If you are going to have it printed, you have to consult with the printer which is the first resolution to choose (typically ranging from 150 to 300, depending on the medium).
Don’t work in CMYK, since Jpgs work in RGB mode. If you work in CMYK, when converting to jpg the colours of your image might shift. CMYK is only for printing (offset) and normally you don’t use Jpgs for that, but Tifs.
when you export see that you maintain a minimum of 200 pixels in resolution. if its in color mode use 32 bit cmyk color mode. its important because all drawings in corel draw are in cmyk mode. generally in jpg mode it will be in RGB mode. U should select
progressive in the next menu after resolution
compression 0 and
smothening 0
creating jpg files in CMYK mode delivers the actual colors as you see in the corel draw. when converted in RGB more changes could be found in yellow color
then your picture will look very good.
