essentailly, 3 minutes in 10 seconds: select the hair, fill it with a color in soft light. You could also select it, and use the hue/saturation tool.
could always use a smart mask , and then use filter hue/saturation and set the layer channel to add , that way if you don’t like the change you can easily reverse it
The magic lasso works too, no? Just colorize it once selected

i have a problem, my mask tool won’t work i mean i click on the brush and then on the mask and i want to start like masking and no color come out, what’s the problem?

i don’t know wat u mean by what place he’s in, but he has a cs3 just check wat version u have, and if it’s about quick masking just press q and color then q again, then select inverse it’ quicker cuz there’s not all different shades to select but the magic wand tool works very well if u mess with its settings
