When we have graphics upon GIMP as well as save them, afterwards upload to photobucket, they have been softly hairy as well as distorted. When we save them upon paint, a same thing happens. Yet when we have use of a mechanism which has photoshop upon it to save a graphics in photoshop as well as upload them upon photobucket they demeanour fantastic. What can we do, alternative than shopping photoshop, to have my images have a same quality?
I ALWAYS SAVE AS .PNG.

I’m not 100% sure if this will work, it does for me, especially when making sprites. What kind of graphics are you making? But anyway, when saving in paint, do not save Jpeg. Save as PNG. My pictures retain their quality when I save them as a PNG file. If that doesn’t work, let me know. I’ll get you a concrete solution.
Try PhotoScape, it’s free.
